Fall Homeowners Meeting
The meeting will be held on September 4, 2010 at 10:00am in the Recreation Center. Please be sure to complete an application to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for any and all outside changes. This includes any landscape or visual changes you plan to make. Forms are available in the Documents section. |
Landscaping Committee News
Irrigation
Peninsula Irrigation is continuing to monitor and fix problematic areas of the irrigation system. If anyone plans on any outside work in their yard that can impact the irrigation system (landscaping, tree planting, patios,etc), the Board MUST have prior notification and ONLY Peninsula Irrigation may move, mark or change anything in the system. 
Social Committee Announcements
The Directories that were distributed at the Annual Meeting were missing a page. Since this was inadvertently done by the printer they have reprinted all of the directories.
We now have the new directories and we would like you to have them. You may pick them up at 5 Kenmare Way. We are open to suggestions as to how to distribute them. |
